Refunds & Cancellations

Screenings

We strictly follow a No Refund-No Cancellation policy, kindly be absolutely sure of being present during the screening, in case of any doubt/resolution/grievance, you can write to us at manutd.mumbai@gmail.com; mihir@manutdmumbai.com

Ticketing

– Each applicant must have a membership registered with us on their own name
– Only one ticket per member
– Your OUM must be purchased on a Mumbai address for you to register with us
– Tickets are allotted by the club at random, so we cannot guarantee which stand your ticket will be in
– Tickets applied together will be seated together (upto a maximum of 6)
– Tickets are non refundable
– Tickets will be assigned and loaded directly onto your membership card around 2 weeks before kick off. You must carry your card with you to enter the stadium.
